Fifty Chefs: The Hands that Feed London, photography and text exhibition at Londonnewcastle Project Space, Shoreditch, London. Interviewing 50 of London's best-loved chefs, I sought to to discover the important memories, influences and emotions that shape the city's best-loved chefs and their relationship to London. From kebab shops and greasy spoons to the city’s most rarefied restaurants, this project tells the stories of the people who work in London’s favourite kitchens. Featured chefs include the famous - Yotam Ottolenghi, Michel Roux Jnr, Fergus Henderson - and the infamous - the Pellicci family of Bethnal Green caff, Pellicci’s, Sevket Boyraz of notorious Chalk Farm kebab shop, Marathon Kebabs.
